This working farm and farmhouse sits just outside Pavia, Italy, and has a quaint, peaceful feel. There was plenty of parking, and our en-suite room was clean, tidy and spacious, with lovely views. Breakfast in the morning was generous, and Giovanni, the owner and host, was very kind and attentive. Our two dogs had a great place to run around and play. I only wish we'd been able to stay longer. Grazie mille, Giovanni 🙏🏽 We highly recommend it and will definitely come back someday soon.

A comfortable, clean room at a reasonable price made this a very nice hotel. Getting around isn't so convenient, though, and you'll need a car to stay here.

The kids had plenty of room to run around and play, and the hosts were lovely. A nice place to take a break while touring Italy.

A lovely restored farm with nice rooms, warm hospitality, and a breakfast with plenty of choice. It worked perfectly as a stop on the way to or from Malpensa airport.

I stayed for a week, and the apartment had everything I needed, even for a longer visit. I especially liked being able to choose a room with a kitchenette and washing machine. There’s also breakfast with fresh homemade products, and the property has two Tesla charging stations, which was why I chose it. It’s a peaceful, bucolic spot just minutes from central Pavia, with very friendly staff, attentive service, and excellent cleanliness. Five stars. I highly recommend it and will be back soon. Thank you!
