The online check-in and phone operated doors worked brilliantly. We never had to speak to anyone to get in or out, though the person who sent the codes and instructions checked by text to make sure things were going well. The room was lovely, modern, clean, and shiny, with well matched colors, a double bed, plenty of space, desk, TV, fridge, and nightstands. We had a great few days there and even said goodbye to the room when we left. The shared kitchen was spotless and very nice, with two tables set up for breakfast, a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and everything needed for breakfast together. There was lots of sunlight from the big window. The whole place surprised me so much after our confusing arrival that I wanted to write this review right away. Finding it was a whole adventure. We thought we'd booked somewhere else, and once in town realized the hotel we expected had another name. We walked around, asked people, and couldn't spot the place. Eventually we stood at the map pin and tried the website buttons. The door of an unmarked general building opened. A woman heading to the elevator didn't know where the rooms were, so we went to the floor in the address. One door had a Minerva Rooms sign, and the phone buttons let us in. A sign on the main door wouldn't hurt, though.

Great host, with lots of recommendations. The location is excellent, close to both the train station and the city center.

The owner gave us a lovely welcome and was very kind, with useful tips for getting around and sightseeing. The location is spot on, just a short walk from the station and city center, with restaurants, bakeries, and markets nearby. Our room was charming, spacious, cozy, and spotless. The bathroom was lovely too, clean and practical. A highly recommended place for a visit to this delightful city.

The owner, Mr. Pietro, and his invaluable assistant, Ms. Silvia, were both so kind and helpful. We had two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, in a modern, quiet, and very clean apartment just steps from the station. Breakfast was generous, with a simple microwave for heating milk or water and an excellent coffee maker. Highly recommended! 👍👍
