We both work as medical doctors and had been working incredibly hard during the COVID19 emergency, so this treatment was hard to believe. The hostess shouted at us in front of our two children, aged 2.5 years and 2 months, and was violent and aggressive for no reason. Our son was terrified and cried until he became sick. She told us to leave and said she would refund us, but never did. We booked through booking.com, and they did not help either. I hope nobody else goes through this or loses money this way. Stay away from this awful place.

You can hear nature and nothing else at night, which I loved. This homey, clean B&B also has an incredible host. It's in a great spot, about 25 minutes from Volterra, a medieval city that's a must-see. You'll want a car for this area, since the villages and cities are quite isolated from one another.

We were yelled at for no reason by a really unpleasant host.
