Georgia's Home

The real treat here is the peace and quiet, such a welcome break from our busy everyday lives. This was our fourth visit to Georgia's Home, and we got to spend two and a half weeks there this summer. The spacious kitchen, lovely main bedroom, and fantastic terrace all make it easy to enjoy yourself. Georgia’s home cooking was outstanding, and her suggestions were right on target. She’s easy to communicate with in perfect English, and while she’s nearby if needed, she gives you space and privacy. The Wi-Fi has been upgraded this year and now works well inside and out. Georgia’s service was excellent too.

Georgia and her husband gave us a very friendly welcome and were helpful from the start. It’s clear Georgia puts effort into making sure guests have a good stay, and she helped us organize a few things. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, two bathrooms, several TVs, Wi-Fi, and a great lounge patio. Sitting on the patio above the garden and Tuscan landscape is fantastic, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to relax. The small village is lovely, with a town and good supermarket about 20 minutes away, and the main Tuscan sights are within reach. Even the drive to the village is a beautiful taste of the countryside. A fantastic place to stay in Tuscany.

We spent two exciting weeks here over Christmas and New Year, and I’ll remember the hosts, the lovely views, and their dogs, especially Maggie. We were after somewhere peaceful, cozy, and dog-friendly, and Georgia’s house was just right. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 3.5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, TVs, internet, a car charger, and a whirlpool. You can find what you need nearby, from supermarkets and cafés to pharmacies, petrol stations, restaurants, and a pet shop, all within 5-20 minutes. Georgia and Renzo were fantastic and supportive, especially during the four days we had to be without our dog because of unexpected circumstances. They were helpful throughout our stay. Renzo is a great cook, and they offer dinner service. We told them ahead of time about my mom’s food intolerances, and Renzo made a delicious meal while Georgia arranged gluten-free bread. Just wonderful.

We stayed for three full weeks with our two little kids, and it felt like home, as well as the most relaxing place in Tuscany. The big garden with olive trees was beautiful and safe for the children to run around and play. We took day trips to villages, cities, and the beach, and enjoyed morning coffee in the tiny village of Montelopio. The house is even prettier than the pictures, spacious and convenient, with an amazing terrace and Tuscan views. The sunsets were incredible, and soaking in the hot tub while taking in the scenery was so relaxing. Georgia and Renzo are incredibly friendly and ready to help, just a WhatsApp message away. They also cooked lovely meals for us and served them on the terrace. We still think about the delicious tiramisu.
