I spent two nights here and found the rooms very comfortable, with a splendid view and all the amenities. The pool was well maintained, with sun loungers, deck chairs, regular chairs, and a table. It's easy to get to from the hotel, and the bar is always open. I also had dinner and tried the delicious handmade ricotta and spinach tortelli with butter and sage. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was efficient.

We went in early September and, since it was off-season, had the pool to ourselves. It isn't heated, but the days were warm enough that a dip in the afternoon felt nice. The pool-view family room had two connected rooms, two balconies, and a large bathroom with a window. One room had a bunk bed and a single bed, the other a double bed. The rooms are a little dated, though the building and rooms were clean and always smelled fresh. Each of us had three towels, which felt like a luxury after seeing European hotels provide just one large towel per person. There were flat-screen TVs in both rooms and roomy closets. The bed was a bit firm but comfortable. There were no USB ports or outlets by the beds, only near the TV, which was a little inconvenient, though we managed fine. Breakfast was served at the table, with sweet and savory choices and delicious cold cuts. The hotel is at the foot of Peglio village, near Urbania and about a half-hour drive from Urbino. You'll need a car, as I didn't see public transport in the area.

The rooms are a little dated, but the other services are excellent. Davide and the staff are incredibly helpful and do their best to meet every need. Breakfast is very good and complete, with homemade desserts as well as cold cuts. We've known this hotel for 12 years and have been coming back for years. It gives us a feeling of peace, with the valley's silence and beautiful views. The pool is a highlight, whether you want to swim or relax and cool off in the summer heat. Service is courteous and prompt, too. The hotel is well placed for visits to Marche, Umbria, and Tuscany. We always enjoy staying here for the location, the kind people, the lovely surroundings, and the pool.

I spent five days here with my wife, our 1.5-year-old son, and our dog, and we loved the spacious, cozy room with its little terrace. We chose full board, and every meal was excellent and varied. The pool was included and made for some really relaxing moments. The staff were kind and professional, and fully compliant with safety regulations. Fantastic stay, and I'd highly recommend this place.
