Corte Motte

Breakfast was a real highlight, especially the delicious cake with sheep's milk ricotta and berries, served in a pleasant room. I couldn't try the on-site restaurant because I arrived late. My room was tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The modern bathroom was very clean and had everything needed, including fresh towels. Corte Motte in Pegognaga is a convenient place for travelers, a short way from the highway but set in quiet countryside. Outside, the charming property is well kept, with a large gravel courtyard and plenty of uncovered parking. The welcoming lobby was also in good order. The reception staff were kind and arranged to be there when I arrived after I let them know my time. A great choice for comfort and a peaceful stay.

We didn't have much time there, so we'll have to come back. The room was spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a big shower, and breakfast had a great selection of homemade things. It's in a quiet spot, and dogs are welcome too. I'd definitely recommend it.

Katty was so kind and helpful, and we'll certainly return. We've already told friends about the place. The farmhouse is lovely and has been renovated beautifully, with comfortable rooms and a warm, pleasant bathroom. The area is peaceful, but it's also handy for visiting Mantua and close to several restaurants. Breakfast had both sweet and savory choices, and the cakes my husband loved were homemade. I think the jams were homemade too. Coffee, cappuccino, and other hot drinks are prepared fresh, and everything tasted great. Thanks, Katty, and keep it up!

Dinner by the Po was an easy 10-minute walk away, which was fantastic. I had a very friendly welcome, a beautiful room, and a great breakfast. It made a perfect stopover, and I'll definitely come again. Grazie Mille.
