We spent 10 days here and loved the views and the beautiful setting. Carlo & Stefania were very nice and helpful. Sitting on the terrace with coffee or a glass of wine, looking out over the olive trees and vineyards, was lovely. We’ll be back next year for sure. Adam & Magda.

We only spent 1 night here, and I wish it had been 100. The accommodation is beautiful.

The owner was approachable, friendly, and super helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. The little house is high up, but keep climbing for a few more minutes through the pine and fir forest and you’ll reach old abbeys, parks, trails, and traditional restaurants. In the morning, the valley looked almost otherworldly from the terrace. Fog rolled over the mountains and courtyards, while olive trees appeared and disappeared in the sunlight. I loved sitting in the private garden with a hot coffee and the quiet around me. It’s a great garden for dogs, too. Just 10 minutes away in Vallombrosa are the Giants, Italy’s tallest trees, along a beautiful, not-too-challenging trail with nature, water, and mushrooms. It’s a lovely outing to share, especially with dogs. Florence is about half an hour away, with its architecture, history, food, dialects, harmonies, and energy. My partner, our big dog, and I were completely happy here and will definitely return. Thanks to Carlo for all the helpful advice!

A friend and I came across this magnificent villa by chance last year and booked a week. It's quiet and really relaxing, and Carlo and Stefania are very kind. We'll definitely return. Five stars, well deserved.
