The location is lovely, quiet but close to everything, and right by the cycle path. Free bikes are provided, including very good mountain bikes. Outside, there are loungers to suit different needs. We stayed in the Carlo apartment, where the careful renovation and beautiful materials really stand out. It's exceptionally clean, with large bathrooms and roomy showers; the main bathroom is especially practical and comfortable. The kitchen has all the appliances, including a microwave, kettle, and dishwasher. There's a TV in the living room and in each bedroom. The linens and towels, along with the washing machine, were impeccable. Such a flawless place that I was almost worried about spoiling it!

Pellizzano is flat and easy to get around, which works well for older guests, and there's a nearby playground for children. From the Giulia apartment, we enjoyed walks in Val di Pejo and Val di Rabbi, and Lago dei Caprioli is close too. The apartment was a lovely stay, tastefully furnished and newly renovated, like the rest of the complex. The owner was friendly and helpful.

A comfortable, modern apartment with a lot included: two bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, ski storage, bikes, and a jacuzzi in the price. Everything was convenient, and I'll definitely come back.

We had 15 people staying across the building's three apartments and never felt crowded. The house is modern and has the amenities we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, ski storage, and parking. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The village is small, with restaurants and shops nearby, plus the ski bus stop.
