The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, and had everything in working order. My children and I had a truly enjoyable week there. It was a feast for the eyes and the soul.

Penna in Teverina is a charming little village, with wide countryside views and olive groves all around. We loved our time there. The apartment is in a central spot, close to the pharmacy, bakery, bar, supermarket, and more. It's beautifully and lovingly renovated, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. There's a terrace and barbecue area on the ground floor, plus a small balcony upstairs. The landlord was friendly and very accommodating.

Mr. Lucio was a wonderful host, available whenever needed while still being discreet. The place was incredibly welcoming and clean, with every comfort, a great location, and impeccable hospitality. Highly recommended. My partner and I will definitely be back...

We returned to this splendid house for a second stay within a few months. It has all the comforts for a pleasant visit, with convenient parking in the village center. Mr. Lucio's kindness, discretion, and friendly manner make guests feel at ease. A real gem of Umbria.

Clean, tidy, and baby-proof for our 8-month-old. Highly recommended, a real gem!
