Casa Flora

Pennabilli has a charm all its own, and the best part of travel is finding places and people like these. Casa Flora is a real gem, just as the glowing reviews say. Clelia creates a special atmosphere with so much love and style, both in her B&B and at her gift shop, "Il Bosco Dei Regali." She also booked us a table at the much-praised "Bottega storica - Antica Macelleria Venturi," just a minute from Casa Flora, where we enjoyed exquisite local specialties. Absolutely recommended. Breakfast is at one of the town's cafés, with plenty of choices. The owner is very kind and helpful. The room is quiet and right in the historic center, with all the necessary amenities; it has a private bathroom and shares the living area with a second bedroom.

We only stayed one night, but would definitely come back. The owner was very kind and attentive, and the bed was fantastic. We haven't slept so well, or so late, in years! The property is in the center of Pennabilli and has been completely renovated. Our spacious, very clean room sleeps four, with a double bed and two single beds on a mezzanine. The large bathroom has a roomy shower, a courtesy kit, and a hairdryer. The linens were clean and excellent quality. Highly recommended!

We spent three fantastic nights here. Clelia is a wonderful host, generous with advice and always kind and helpful. We followed her suggestions and discovered the lovely village of Pennabilli, along with a surrounding area full of history, art, beauty, and humanity. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. A visit to Clelia's shop, Il Bosco dei Regali, is well worth it too.
