Mrs. Pina made us feel at home while my wife and I were touring Abruzzo by motorcycle. She was warm and attentive throughout, and we had a lovely stay. If we pass through again, we'll definitely call in to say hello.

The room was spotless and tidy, and the place was peaceful. We were there for a night because it was handy for hiking and climbing at the Fara di San Martino Gorges. Mrs. Pina, who owns the B&B, kindly arranged an early breakfast for us and gave us twin beds instead of a double. There's indoor parking on the private property, behind a remote-controlled gate. Breakfast had plenty of sweet choices, though savory options were limited. In August the room gets quite hot, and there's no air conditioning. Still, it's a good base for visiting Fara di San Martino and getting out on the trails or climbing.
Mrs. Pina was a kind, friendly host who was happy to talk things through. She even let us keep our motorcycle in her garage, which we appreciated. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast was good. Our bathroom only had a toiletries set for one, though there were two of us. Maybe it was just an oversight, and we managed because the host was so kind. It would also be helpful to have card payment. The town itself could use more maintenance and cleaning. Recommended.
Our four-day booking ended badly. On the second day, the owner made us leave after overhearing a private conversation on the balcony where we'd said we wanted a refrigerator and an ashtray in the room. We found that intrusive, and it spoiled the stay. We had paid for a triple room, but one of the supposed beds was an air mattress, which wasn't acceptable for the price. The bathroom we expected to be private was shared with other people. Then the amount due at checkout was raised for no clear reason from what we'd initially agreed. A very disappointing experience. I won't return and can't recommend the property.
The room was unbearably hot in August, with no air conditioning, and the bathroom was outside the room. The B&B is in a quiet spot about 3 km from Perano village, with indoor parking behind a remote-controlled gate. Ms. Pina, the owner, was welcoming and happy to serve us breakfast very early the next day. There was a good selection of sweets.
