On our way down Via Silente, we stopped at Rosaria's. She treated us like family, and having dinner at her and her husband's home was lovely and delicious. We really recommend it to cyclists.

During our ride along Via Silente, we were lucky to stay the night and have dinner at this b&b. Rosaria and Antonio welcomed us so warmly and kindly. Rosaria is a real force of nature, and she treated us to an amazing meal of typical local dishes. Our room was spacious and furnished with great taste. Highly recommended!

After a busy day cycling, we found a room with thoughtful attention to every detail, a real treat, and a snack waiting for us when we arrived that afternoon. Rosaria and Antonio made us feel at home from the start on our first evening of La Via Silente. Dinner was Rosaria’s cooking, with excellent local ingredients and generous portions. In the morning, a hearty breakfast set us up to pedal with energy and enjoy the ride. Their simplicity and hospitality won us over. We highly recommend a stop at La Carosella di Vatolla! We stopped here on the second stage of our bike tour on Via Silente. After a tiring day on the bike, Rosaria welcomed us so warmly and spoiled us with local dishes at dinner and a hearty breakfast the next morning. The rooms were clean and welcoming. A magnificent B&B, highly recommended!
