The road noise was the part I liked least. The hotel is right by the lake and train station, and the hosts are lovely, though they don't speak much English or German. Rooms feel dated but have what you need, except Wi-Fi. Breakfast comes at a separate table, with a limited but adequate choice.
We had a really unpleasant stay. The 23 rooms are old and dusty, and cleanliness was lacking. Breakfast was mediocre too.
The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was fine, and the bed was good.
Lovely location!
We paid €106, but the room was freezing, with no heating. The radiator had been switched off at 10 p.m., and cold air came through the old window frames. We only had a thin blanket, so I took extra blankets from other rooms. Breakfast wasn't served, and there were no German outlets for phones or hot plates.
