Oscar was helpful, and his team sorted out a small problem with the automatic front door quickly and efficiently. The place is cozy, nicely renovated, and has lots of amenities. It's close to the train station and just a short walk into town. The mattress and pillows felt a bit firm for my taste, though not enough to lower my rating.

Oscar made the key handover easy and was quick to help when we had questions. We also really appreciated having parking for a good price, since finding somewhere affordable nearby would have been difficult. The apartment was spotless, with fresh linen, a comfortable bed, and a kitchen that had what we needed. There was plenty of room for me, my wife, our four-month-old, and our cat. The balcony and its amazing view were perfect for a sunny breakfast. The location is hard to beat, about ten minutes from the harbour, promenade, and restaurants. The station is right in front, but the well-insulated windows kept it from bothering us.

The terrace is a real highlight, and the top apartment apparently has the best view. We were on the ground floor and the view was almost incredible already. It’s an easy walk to the station and everything nearby, and the apartment feels modern, practical, and quiet inside. We heard the road and train outside, but they quieted down at night and never bothered us, even with the windows open. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were flatter than I like. A few useful things to know: there’s no bottle opener, and there’s no washing machine in the apartment, though you can find one in town. Naturalmente Grocery Store is just down the street, with friendly staff and good food. They can suggest pasta and sauce, and their breakfast is good too. We enjoyed making dinner and eating it on the terrace.

We booked four nights but left after two. The rooms were dirty and full of spider webs, and the king bed was dirty when we arrived. The patio was unusable because the whole glass door was broken and wouldn’t open. The shower door came off its hinges, and the bathroom window was broken and wouldn’t shut. There was no internet or TV service either. When I contacted management, they said we wanted a refund, though we hadn’t asked for one. I asked what they could do to make things right and still haven’t heard back.
