I’ve stayed at this guest house twice in less than a year, and Uncle Barsum and his wife are super nice. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was nice, and the price was reasonable.

The family here are friendly, and the room was clean, but the beds were a nightmare, really uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay. The price is reasonable, though, and you can’t expect a five-star place for that kind of money.

The customer service was amazing, and the Wi-Fi was really strong. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with very nice bathrooms, and breakfast was very sweet. There’s a great cheap pizza place close by, and two metro stations just around the corner.

Uncle Barsum and his wife were so pleasant and generous. The rooms were clean, and it’s very close to Pero metro station. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too.

Barsumo, Massimo and Monica, father, son and daughter, run this guesthouse as a very friendly family. It’s near PERO metro station, and I’d love to come back next time!
