The welcome was warm, and the person at reception was kind and helpful even at 2 am. He spoke Italian really well and was always reachable, either at the desk or by phone. We stayed here for the Coldplay concert and found the location handy, close to the metro, highway, and little coffee shops. The price was reasonable too. I was worried by the other comments about racism, but our experience was very positive.

The prices are affordable and it's close to the fair. The staff's English could be better.

It's a very poor place, though it could work if you're on a tight budget.

We arrived during a sold-out weekend in the city, and this was my worst experience. The room smelled bad and was freezing because the heating didn't work. Everything was broken and dirty. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, or even list it on book, since it also hurts the platform.
