The river runs right beside the house, so a room overlooking the front garden would be ideal for sleeping with the sound of the water. It’s a perfect place to stay for several days and head out to explore the mountains. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. The owners give very personal, attentive care in this private home. One thing to know: getting to the village by car means taking a narrow, winding road, though it’s quite manageable.

Sofia and Marco are kind and helpful, and the breakfast is generous and authentic, like a proper bed and breakfast. We found this small B&B in a green valley near Lake Idro, about half an hour from Brescia. Our room was cool, comfortable, and clean. It’s a peaceful spot for walks in nature, fresh air, and a chance to relax.

We were there between the Saturday and Sunday of the 1000Miglia Rally, so the area was very quiet except during the rally. The welcome was superb, and the two hosts were kind and helpful. Our room was perfect and clean, and the new bathroom was tidy and spotless. Breakfast was excellent. Thanks so much for everything. We highly recommend it and will be back.

Sofia was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and treated us to delicious cakes and dairy products made with local milk. We spent two days here with our three children and felt welcome and at ease. The spacious rooms are beautifully furnished, and the location is peaceful, enchanting, and surrounded by nature. I loved listening to the stream. We didn’t know the area, but we loved it and will definitely return. It was a short break that left us with wonderful memories.
