We came away feeling completely at ease. The owners were welcoming and discreet, always available, and made us feel at home. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared with fresh products and served in a family atmosphere. Our room was spacious, bright, spotless, and fitted with every comfort, with care for the details clear throughout. The B&B is surrounded by lush woodland and greenery, a peaceful place to relax. The view across Perugia is breathtaking. Highly recommended for a restful stay with a lovely view.

After visiting Assisi, my husband and I stayed at this beautiful property and loved the calm of it. Surrounded by greenery, it was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt very comfortable at this family-run B&B. It's just outside Perugia's center on a hill, with quiet, attractive accommodation and very friendly hosts. The views over the city are spectacular, and we could enjoy them from our bed and again over breakfast on the terrace. Highly recommend it.

The peaceful setting was the best part of my stay. This B&B is surrounded by nature, with an enchanting view of Perugia, and the quiet made it easy to take a real break from everyday bustle and enjoy the landscape. Breakfast was disappointing, though. The website photos gave the impression there would be fresh local products, but we got frozen brioche and pan bauletto instead. For a B&B outside the city, I expected something more authentic and would have liked to try local specialties. I also found the shower impractical without a soap dish, since there was nowhere to put things while washing. The place itself is beautiful and tranquil, and my stay was pleasant for those reasons. A few changes could make the experience much more memorable.
