We found the apartment tidy throughout and equipped very well. The views were lovely, the location worked well, and the host was both friendly and helpful.

Elisabetta had left enough breakfast supplies for an army 😁. The kitchen was well equipped, and its balcony looked out over the historic center of Perugia. Restaurants and bars are easy to find nearby, and there’s even a vending machine with water, soft drinks, juices, and snacks. The old center is only a 5-10 minute walk away. The rooms were roomy and well kept, though the double room can be a little noisy from the street below, nothing too serious. The place felt comfortable and homey. I’d consider staying here again if I return to Perugia.

The owner was so kind and helpful, and we’d be happy to come back. The apartment was clean, cozy, nicely furnished, and had all the comforts we needed. It’s only a short walk from the historic center, with plenty of parking close by.

We found the apartment clean and very well cared for, and it’s about a ten-minute walk from the city center. Paolo welcomed us warmly and was very helpful. Highly recommend!
