Factory House La Viola

The apartment is on Via della Viola, a lovely little lane in Perugia's historic centre, right by the main square. We stayed for a few days with my partner and our dog. It's small, but charming, comfortable, and nicely warm. Everything was very clean, and the staff were kind, friendly, and efficient. We'd gladly stay again. Thank you!

We only stayed a night, and the price was really good. The apartment was clean, warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's just a few steps from the city centre, on a distinctive street with atmospheric street art. I'd suggest adding a curtain to the bedroom window. The boiler can be heard, so closing the bedroom door helps. I hope I can return in spring and see Perugia in warmer weather.

Via della Viola is one of the most distinctive streets in the city, in my opinion, with lots of street art. The apartment is just a two-minute walk from the centre. We stayed one night and found it very clean, tidy, and well equipped. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and we had a lovely stay.

We found plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, all in a nice setting. The neighbourhood is lively with young people and has an outdoor art exhibition. Right in the historic centre on Via Della Viola, it's a handy base for exploring the city. The one-room apartment is pleasant for a couple, very clean, and furnished in a youthful style. I'd recommend it.
