The website offered free cancellation, but when we cancelled within the stated cancellation period, the hotel didn't refund us. We've contacted them twice and they still haven't done anything to fix it. We feel we've been scammed. This amounts to a theft.

There isn't an elevator, though there aren't too many steps. The location is very convenient: the escalator to the Main Street for San Lorenzo and the restaurants is only 10 seconds from the hotel, and it's also close to Perugia Train Station. It was mostly quiet, except for some loud motorcycles on a nearby street. Oyamado, the care-taker, is kind and very helpful. Massimo, the owner, and Oyamado do a good job keeping the place in order.

The bus links are very good, and it's near the auto stazione and rai tv office, right in front of rocca paolina. The staff were polite and helpful, and the stay was comfortable with all the necessary facilities. Highly recommended.

Very handy location, and the owner is really nice. But the place could use some updating. More pillows on the beds and better door seals would help, since you can hear sound throughout.

The location is the best part. The bus station, mini metro, and escalator up to the top of town are all nearby, and there's a parking lot close by too.
