It's a simple, clean hotel and good value for money. The bathrooms could do with some renovation, but the staff were very nice and had good sightseeing and food suggestions.

Set in a charming narrow street in an old restored house, this place is right by everything in the old town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and having a separate entrance for quick access to the room is really convenient.

We didn't stay overnight, but the man at the front desk was incredibly generous when we got lost. The mini metro had unexpectedly closed for the night, and we had no way to get back to our hotel. Since this hotel was conveniently near the mini metro and close to the Centro Storico, we went in for help. He arranged a taxi and even offered us a place to wait inside. The hotel looked nice, clean, and friendly. We'll definitely stay here on our next trip to Perugia.

€125 a night for this hole is insane. The “hotel” looks like somewhere people rent by the hour. They put me on the 4th floor. When I realized there was no elevator, I asked the receptionist for a lower floor because I had two big pieces of luggage. He said nothing else was available, then stared at his screen and left me to handle the bags on my own. He was a big guy, and maybe helping isn't part of his job, but not even offering was crazy.

The private apartment they offer is 200 meters away, on a dead-end street with no street lighting. It doesn't feel like a reliable location.
