Dear Perugia Suite, I’m responding to the property's reply. I wrote my review honestly and constructively, and I clearly acknowledged the positive parts of the property and my experience. That’s exactly why I think any critical points should be stated just as openly. About the linens, I only described what I saw when I arrived. The black material was under the sheets, while the rose petals were red, so I had no reason to mistake one for the other. It was my genuine impression, and it affected my experience of the stay. My comment about the breakfast vouchers was simply a suggestion to make the information given to guests clearer. It wasn’t a criticism of the value or the service. I regret the tone of the response, especially its reference to my needing an eye exam. I found that inappropriate toward a guest who had given feedback civilly. I still think the property has potential, and respectful conversation with guests is always the best way to improve the service.

We picked this lovely suite for our anniversary, and it was just right for getting away from everyday life. The atmosphere felt intimate and magical, with careful attention to the design. The highlight was definitely the large, roomy hot tub, so relaxing and private. Everything else was spot on too, from the cleanliness and comfort to the little details. Recommended if you’re looking for a romantic, rejuvenating stay.

The decor was gorgeous, and the service was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. My boyfriend and I stayed in the “Aphrodite” suite for our first anniversary and loved it. It’s not right in the center, but the metro makes it easy to get around.
