Agriturismo la Stradaccia

We only needed a bed for one night, but the welcome was so warm it felt like arriving at family’s home. They were more than kind, they were fantastic. I took off one star for the location because the road is a little bumpy. Still, I can only say 🔝🔝.

This is agritourism in the real sense: artichokes, olive oil, jams, olive groves, fruit trees, fields under cultivation, and places to stay. The apartments are roomy and practical, the owners welcomed us warmly, and the price was very reasonable. We hope we get to come back.

We first ended up at Stradaccia "by mistake" and enjoyed it so much that we chose it for our holiday this year. The outdoor jacuzzi looking over the hills was a favorite. Though it’s out in the countryside and wonderfully quiet, the sea, town, and some great restaurants are only a short drive away. Rosa and Giancarlo put so much care into looking after guests, and made us feel at home. The kids loved it too. We’ll be back!

The Olive apartment has a good amount of space, with a living room and kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I slept really well in the very comfortable double bed, and the bathroom has everything you need. The owner was kind and helpful, and the setting is quiet and surrounded by nature. WiFi worked at a more than acceptable speed for somewhere like this. The one thing to keep in mind is the roughly 800-meter access road, which is steep, narrow, and unpaved. I managed the drive in and out without any trouble.
