The location is beautiful, with lots of shade, and if you explore a little you can find a quiet beach within walking distance, so there’s no need to drive anywhere. The facilities were superb and the cleanest I’ve ever seen, and the strict quiet hours were especially welcome in the extreme heat. Everyone respected them. The staff at Camping Paradiso were friendly and efficient. I’d read a complaint about the entry process, but I had the opposite experience. You don’t drive straight to the barrier anyway! A perfect place to relax. Thanks to all the family at Camping Paradiso. ❤

Such a welcoming family and everything was easy while we were here. The pitches are a great size, the cafe bar is lovely, the pool is stunning, and the countryside is beautiful. We love this campsite. Thanks for having us x

We spent a few nights here in June 2021 and would definitely come back. The campsite was quiet, cozy, clean, spacious, and close to nature. The facilities had been refurbished and were well looked after, and there’s a nice pool. We couldn’t get enough of the beautiful birdsong. Staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English, which was handy. There are lovely little villages nearby with restaurants and delicious food. Getting to the beach takes a bit of a walk, but the views along the way are beautiful, and there are a few beaches to choose from, including a sandy one. Highly recommend.

The pitch was good, the washrooms were fine, and the swimming pool is lovely. The setting works well for exploring the nearby area and nature reserve, which is why I picked this campsite, but I wouldn’t come back. On Monday evening I found out the restaurant was closed. I missed that it shuts on Mondays, so that part’s on me. But the next night there was no pizza for some undisclosed reason, leaving a very small menu. The restaurant is overrated on the website and brochure. Service was poor too. They seemed confused that I didn’t know I had to get my own cutlery and condiments from an unlit room at the back. When I asked if the pool was open, they looked at me like I was an idiot. It had been closed the day before because of rain, and after heavy rain that morning, I thought I’d ask rather than walk all the way across the site. In their reply, they focused on my wanting to save myself a 100m walk by asking a passing staff member, which sums up what I mean about their customer service. I often camp alone in places like this and had hoped for friendly staff and good food, as the brochure suggested. It was pretty much the opposite.

There’s plenty of shade, which was great in the summer heat, though most pitches don’t have a wide view. If you want a stunning view while eating, taverna del pascatore is 500m further on. We had a tent with our three children, aged 1, 2 and 5, for eight days. The pitches, like at most Italian campsites, aren’t very big for a family tent, but with at most half of them occupied it worked for us. The playground and swimming pool were perfect, the campsite was relaxing, and the people were very friendly. Toilets and showers stayed clean throughout the day. The shop sells morning bread and you can get a nice cappuccino there too. The restaurant serves pizza and fries from 19:30, with lots of different drinks available all day. Conan in Cattolica is about a 10 minute drive for more groceries. The sea is reachable with a good walk or by car, and Pesaro and Urbino are nearby.
