We found a dessert and a rustic dish on arrival, with the table already set. The house is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, and it works perfectly for four people. There are two tables and a really comfortable sofa, plus a smart TV with Netflix and other apps. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with a tub. Five stars!

Elena welcomed us and took care of us so kindly, and we'll definitely return. We stayed for a week as a family and found bicycles and games for the kids, with the beach and downtown both very convenient to reach. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and very clean. The sheets and towels smelled lovely. There was fruit, sweet and savory cake, and lots of other breakfast items waiting for us.

We had such a good four-day stay with our two children, who are 4 and 1. The owners were kind and courteous, and even had a tart and rustic cake ready when we arrived. They also provided toys, DVDs, a changing table, a high chair, and children's plates. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well cared for. The sheets and towels smelled fresh, and there wasn't a speck of dust. If we return to Pesaro, we'll definitely stay here again. Thanks again!

The only downside was that both bathrooms were very basic. Otherwise, it's a simple, bright, welcoming place that feels comfortable from the moment you arrive. It's suitable for families or friends, clean, and equipped for even a longer stay. The living room is wonderful, with a large sofa bed, and there are two small outdoor gardens.

The description is accurate. The house is cozy, just right for a family of four, and very clean. Its location works perfectly for both the sea and the center. We were there in winter and the heating worked perfectly. The owners are very kind and helpful. We hope to come back soon! Irene
