I stayed at this Residence for a few weeks while my house was being renovated, so it felt more like living there than taking a holiday. The place was warm and cozy, with everything I needed, and I could enjoy the lovely view and the peace around it. Thanks, Luca, for being so welcoming and generous. I’ll definitely be back next time I need somewhere to call home.

The house was perfect, comfortable and close to both the beach and city center. Luca and Lara were great hosts, always ready to help and offer suggestions and solutions to make the trip unforgettable.

It was easy to settle in here. The apartment feels almost like home, with plenty of space, lots of light, and a comfortable feel. Parking was convenient, and the quiet, green surroundings are only a few minutes from the sea. Highly recommended.

My partner and I used to come here regularly before lockdown, sometimes just for a weekend, and I’m keen to return as soon as I can. The residence is in a prestigious, peaceful part of Pesaro, yet close to everything. It’s spacious and bright, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the comforts you need, so it also suits large families. Thanks to Luca, who was always kind, professional, and available.
