The pool is a lovely place to unwind, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Andrea is kind and attentive, and the breakfast is fantastic with something for every taste. The house is tucked into nature, away from city traffic noise, yet Pesaro is only a five-minute drive. In short, it’s much better than a four-star hotel.

Finding the villa can take some effort because the signs aren’t very clear, but it’s worth it. It’s only a short walk from the arena, beach, and town center. Inside, the three-floor villa is spotless, tidy, and peaceful, with a real sense of culture and charm. The owner is a great cook, friendly and helpful, and a very cultured person. We enjoyed having interesting conversations with them. Breakfast was plentiful and offered plenty of variety.

Andrea’s care for Villa Dall'Acqua is obvious. He was born and raised there, and his family built this large villa in the 1960s and 1970s. It’s a beautiful, thoughtfully furnished house on several levels, with spaces that connect to each other. The view over the woods toward the Imperial Villa and the hinterland is lovely. There’s a pool too, though we didn’t try it since it was April. Breakfast was excellent and generous, and Andrea’s kindness really stayed with us. He’s the villa’s kind, cultured owner, and I’d highly recommend the place.

It’s hard to find anything to complain about here. The towels seemed a little basic, though perhaps we could have asked for different ones. The rooms and house are beautiful, the furnishings are lovely, and the garden is cared for with real affection. Breakfast was spectacular, with excellent local products, and the internet was fast. Villa Dall'Acqua is a special place in the woods, where the quiet is broken only by animal calls or the manager’s enthusiastic talks about Dante. It feels magical.

Every morning there were freshly baked sweet and savory pies, plus fresh orange juice and as much tea or coffee as you wanted. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It’s a fantastic place in a beautiful, original 1970s villa.
