Villa Tramonto appartamento in villa

We spent two weeks here and were very happy with our choice. The owner Serenella was friendly and helpful, and the spacious house has three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a balcony. It can accommodate 11 people. The garden is huge, beautifully planted, and exceptionally well maintained. The stunning pool is cleaned daily by two friendly workers, and the area around it and the grill is washed and tidied every day too. The barbecue area has everything needed for cooking, including an outdoor fridge with freezer, toilet, and extra cutlery, plates, and glasses, so there’s no need to go back to the apartment for them. The house sits on a hill in Pesaro’s suburbs, a lovely place to relax away from the rush of everyday life. I truly recommend it if you want to unwind.

Even in November, this holiday home was just right. The owner was friendly and gave us a lovely welcome gift and breakfast. The house was clean, and the view and peaceful setting were wonderful. It was close to the places we wanted to visit: 30 minutes from Coriano, 15 minutes to Tavullia, and 20 minutes to Misano. Everything worked out perfectly.

We’re already thinking about coming back. Our short stay ended today, and it feels like we’re leaving a huge gap behind. We didn’t just have a good time, we felt as if we’d stepped into a fairytale and shut out the rest of the world. Andrea deserves special thanks for being available and sincere. The staff were always kind and ready to help. The villa was beautiful and welcoming in its fabulous white color, spotless and detailed, with air conditioning everywhere. Outside, there was a gazebo by the pool, a fully equipped barbecue area, a clean, lovely pool, a hammock relaxation spot, pretty lighting at night, and sound throughout the pool and lounge area.

We booked and paid in full for an August summer holiday in December of the year before. Then, in mid-February, the landlord cancelled without giving a reason. Now we’re left without a holiday home for August. Absolutely unprofessional!
