B&B La Perla Rosa

Whenever I come to Pescara, this is my reliable place to stay. The location on Tiburtina is handy for both central Pescara and Abruzzo Airport, with essential services close by. Rooms are roomy and modern, each with a bathroom. There’s a kitchen guests can use, two small bottles of water per day, and parking is easy. Breakfast comes as a voucher for Profeta next door. A warm hello to Liliya, the owner. I’d give five stars if the Wi-Fi were more stable. There are a few minor furnishing issues too, like low water pressure, a shower door that doesn’t seal perfectly, and a couple of loose hooks. For longer stays, cleaning is by request rather than daily.

For our one-night stay, the room was roomy and the bed was comfortable, and otherwise things were fine. The bathroom bidet was broken, though. Breakfast was disappointing: there wasn’t much to choose from, and some of the pastries went uneaten.

The place is welcoming and just a few steps from the sea, though you do need to take the car. I’d recommend it.

We liked our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, with restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach isn’t far, though you need to eat. One small extra was a nice gesture from Liliya, who’s from Ukraine, for our brother. Thanks to the hosts. Just let them know an hour before you arrive at the hotel, since they aren’t there all the time; otherwise you may have to wait.
