Marco was lovely to deal with, and the keyless entry was especially handy: they email you a PIN for both the building and your room, so there are no keys or swipe cards to worry about. I stayed four days. The area felt safe and was easy to get around, with the historic center close by. The beach area is a 30-35 minute walk, while the main shopping area is about 25 minutes away. I enjoy walking and know the area from summers here as a teenager, so the distance wasn’t an issue for me. There’s a nice, affordable restaurant at the beach resort, and you can rent a "Palma" or umbrella directly from Marco. Bring your own beach towel, or pay for the towel exchange service, since towels aren’t changed daily. Housekeeping, a lovely woman, made the beds, emptied the bins, and swept each day. The rooms are minimalist and clean, with WiFi, a mini fridge, and air conditioning. Breakfast is at Delice Cafe a few doors down. The owners were lovely, and the food was good: expect a simple Italian breakfast of pastries or a croissant, juice, and coffee or cappuccino. There’s also a restaurant beneath the B&B, though I didn’t try it. I believe it’s open 10:30-3:30, and evenings only Thursday through Saturday. I went to the beach during its opening hours and wasn’t there over a weekend. "Tigre" supermarket is just steps away for water and snacks. There’s a shared area with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and more.

The location was superb, and the Giro restaurant on site was fantastic. The owner and his family made us feel welcome, the food was great, and the service was impeccable. Marco was also friendly and helpful, even with all our questions. I’d recommend this place to all kinds of travelers visiting Pescara. Just ask for the second floor if stairs are a concern. The third floor was difficult for my 82-year-old father to manage. Otherwise, five stars from me 😊

We were really happy with our stay. The rooms and kitchens were large and comfortable, there were lots of snacks and free drinks, and the staff were friendly. The only little drawback was slow internet in the bedrooms, though it worked better in the living room. Highly recommend! 5️⃣🌟

We had such a lovely stay in Pescara. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast included fruit salad. Our room was spacious, with air conditioning and a balcony, and the conditions were great for a city break.
