The breakfast arrangements made us uncomfortable. When we were the only guests, the owner prepared it for us in the dining room; when other guests were there, breakfast was in the kitchen. We were also told we couldn’t use the cooker. Although the Booking listing says children are welcome, this didn’t feel like a place for families. The owner lives on the first floor and repeatedly warned us not to let the kids make noise, even when we were the only guests in the B&B.

We booked last May for two adults and a small child, and had a good stay. The owner was very kind and let me pick between two rooms, both roomy and nicely furnished. I chose the one with its own bathroom. The whole property is charming and practical, just a few dozen meters from the sea in a quiet part of Pescara. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away.

The beach, city center, and train station were all really convenient to reach. Francesco was so kind and attentive, and made us feel at home. Our room was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good, though I’d have liked something savory as well. I’d happily stay again if we’re back in Pescara.

Right in the middle of Pescara and only a short walk from the sea. The rooms feel welcoming and have thoughtful design touches. Friendly service and a good breakfast round out the stay.
