Right in the city center, the property has modern rooms with all the comforts, and it’s handy for both the sea and the train station. I found it one of the better options for seeing Pescara and then taking a train elsewhere. I did run into noisy neighbors, but the owner was genuinely helpful and handled checkout entirely remotely.

I contacted the person handling the company’s WhatsApp and asked to cancel, requesting that the cancellation penalty be waived because my mother in Brazil had a health problem. I was given incorrect guidance, and the full amount was retained. I also tried to change my return flight date, but the fee made that impossible. When my mother’s health improved, I decided to continue with my holiday and asked the company on WhatsApp to undo the cancellation. The reply was evasive, then they stopped responding altogether. I emailed too and have been ignored up to 09/10. My booking was for 17 to 20/10. I didn’t cause the company any losses, yet they chose to act unfairly and unethically. I’m still trying to find a solution, but it feels like I’m the only one interested. The accommodation seems to have preferred getting paid twice for the same stay. I complained to Booking, where I made the reservation, but so far they have abstained from taking action. I can’t recommend a company that doesn’t honor its commitment to treat customers with respect and integrity.
