The host was welcoming and did his best to meet all my requests. He also gave us vouchers for a nearby coffee shop, where breakfast was coffee and a croissant. The B&B is right in the city center, so there’s no need for a car. My room was a decent size, with a very large toilet and a balcony. It was quite hot on the 7th floor, but the air conditioning made it much more bearable.

Eugenio was really helpful with all my questions. The hostel is spacious and clean, right in central Pescara, and the room had its own bathroom, which was a definite plus. The beach and train station are each about a five-minute walk away. Breakfast costs €7, and I recommend it for the range and quality of the food.

Our room was much bigger than expected and surprisingly comfortable. We slept better in that bed than at home, and had a balcony with two chairs and a little table. The place is close to the beach and plenty of nice restaurants, and the breakfast was high quality, with local salami and cheese, fresh sweets, and very good coffee. We stayed Thursday to Sunday, and Eugenio’s hospitality really stood out. He welcomed us close to midnight, showed us the room, served breakfast, and was always available. We chatted with him for about 15 minutes; he puts his heart and soul into what he does, speaks very good English, and gave us useful tips on places to visit. We’d definitely recommend his place to anyone visiting Pescara.

It’s on the main street near the sea and central railway station, with lots of shops and restaurants around. Getting in seemed complicated at first, but you get your own keys and can come and go whenever you want. The rooms were clean, the terrace had a beautiful view, and breakfast and coffee were delicious. Eugenio was a lovely, helpful host. The best place we stayed in Pescara.
