Paola, the host, was super friendly and always available. Having breakfast outside on the terrace was a perfect way to start the day. There’s free parking right in front of the building, and although the B&B is about a 20-minute walk from Pescara city centre, there are plenty of bars and restaurants just 5 minutes away. We preferred this area. We stayed for a few days in Pescara in this historical building. Our room was huge, 30sqm, with old-style furniture like in a castle. We really liked how the old decoration was mixed with modern touches, such as indirect lights, AC in the room, a modern bathroom, and a little refrigerator.

The place is in the city Center, close to the railway station. Our room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and spoke English, and breakfast was included. I really recommend it for a getaway of a few days.

The rooms and bathroom look gorgeous, and the price is fair. Check-in was okay, though I had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to arrive. The location could work if you don’t mind walking 15+ minutes to the center. If you want to be more central, choose a pricier hotel.
