10/10
The breakfast at the bar was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This bright, spotless 50-square-meter Superior Apartment has a roomy living area with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a twin room. It’s all brand new, with high-quality designer furnishings, silk sheets, free Wi-Fi, and a 40-inch HD TV. Every comfort is there. Highly recommended.

Set in Pescara’s hilly area, this residence is quiet and away from the noise and bustle. The apartments are very large and spacious, and were renovated recently. Highly recommended for families.

The welcome was excellent, and they were flexible about timings. The setting is new, though the bathroom fixtures feel less so. I wasn’t especially impressed with how clean the towels were, and the sheets in particular didn’t have that usual fresh, clean smell.
