It’s an easy walk from here to both the beach and the city center, and the price felt very fair. The apartment itself is sooo cozy and nice. I’d recommend staying here.

The kitchen was just average, and guests could do a better job washing their dishes. There wasn’t much food on offer either, though enough that you wouldn’t go hungry. The lady running the place was lovely and eager to help, but she only speaks Italian. We stayed one night with two friends, and the place was really well located, close to the sea, the shops and cafés, and Pescara station. The bedrooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms hygienic, with fresh towels each day. There are two balconies, one off the kitchen and one off the bedroom. Probably one of the best bed and breakfasts in Pescara. Worth considering if you’re there for a few days.

The room was clean and fine, and there’s a large kitchen with everything you need, plus a balcony for eating outdoors. The owners are very friendly and make good coffee. They don’t speak English, but getting things sorted was easy anyway. The location is great, with bars and supermarkets right outside, the beach five minutes away, and Pescara central station about twelve minutes on foot.
