There’s parking at the train station just behind the apartment, and breakfast is available at a very good café only a few meters away. The owner is kind and available if you need anything. It’s a spacious apartment with a distinctive renovation, right in the heart of Pescara. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

The location is perfect, with the sea a five-minute walk away and the large parking lot at the central station just three minutes away. The apartment is right above the main street, which becomes pedestrian-only in the evenings. Andrea, the owner, was friendly and helpful from the start. We needed five nights at the B&B, but since all five weren’t available, he moved us to the suite for the last two without charging extra. Everything was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, and it felt like home. My son loved the light blue furnishings. Truly wonderful, highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back.

A quiet apartment, and everything runs on induction, even the espresso machine. The owner is available if you need anything. I highly recommend it.

The only thing that needs work is the cleanliness. Otherwise, it’s a lovely, cozy apartment with a bathroom, bedroom, and living room with kitchenette. It’s nicely renovated and has everything you need.
