We came to stay at the hotel after our car broke down in Pescasseroli during our August holiday in Italy. The people at the help desk helped us speak with Italian roadwork assistance, then helped with the contact between us and the Italian tow truck the next morning. They even drove us to the village mechanic in their own car and paid upfront for us. Such lovely people. The hotel was very clean and had a beautiful interior, and breakfast was tasty and well made. I'd highly recommend it, especially because of the people working there!

I was charged twice for the same stay. Management repeatedly admitted it was their mistake and said they would fix it, but after many attempts to get my money back, I was never reimbursed.
