Faggio Rosso Hotel

The staff made us feel part of a big family, especially the owner, Andrea. The Ferragosto lunch we shared with friends, guests, staff, and family was unforgettable, such a lovely, convivial occasion. We stayed 13 days in August at Faggio Rosso with my 84-year-old mother and had a wonderful time. Our last-minute Booking.com reservation got us a slightly small quadruple room, probably meant for families with children, and the bunk bed wasn’t very comfortable. That was really the only downside. Serena and Michela at reception were impeccable, kind, professional, and always ready to help. Marianna and the other two floor maids, whose names I unfortunately can’t remember, were attentive and efficient. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with fresh cakes every day and a well-chosen savory selection. I was very pleased they made excellent English eggs when I asked. Omar and Mariam in the dining room were always kind, attentive, and helpful, and Omar was especially warm and smiling. We’re leaving with wonderful memories and will definitely return.

Carlo and Diana from the entertainment team brought real energy and warmth to the holiday, while still being discreet. They got us involved and made the days memorable. They’re two rare professionals who know how to entertain people with a smile. The cuisine was another highlight, with carefully prepared dishes, good ingredients, and a variety that surprised us at each meal. The whole staff were kind, professional, and attentive to every need, and we felt looked after from the first day to the last. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay.

Such a lovely place, surrounded by nature in an enchanting setting. They’re very friendly and stay open until very late, which is handy if you arrive late. If you’re traveling with people in a camper, they’re kind enough to let them park safely in the lot. Breakfast was added for a fee, and it was top notch, beautiful and delicious. Really cute.

A wonderfully peaceful stay, even on a day when every room was occupied. It was still quiet, and the service was top notch. The pizzeria offers great value, the games room is calm and good for families with children, and the bar is excellent. Best of all were the two girls at reception, Serena and Michela, who were both so sweet, helpful, and patient. Michela especially was cheerful and extremely nice. The common areas are perfect and peaceful, and the loungers by the parking area overlooking the mountain are the best. Top Top Top!
