The staff were very kind and helpful, and the place was clean. The rooms are simple but have the essentials. My one complaint is that they should add a mini-fridge. The location is excellent.

We spent a few days there in August. On arrival we ran into a bureaucratic issue, but reception sorted it out promptly and handled it courteously and professionally, so we still owe them thanks. The room was small but absolutely spotless. Breakfast had a generous, healthy selection and was exceptional. They also offer excursions through a local agency, included in the stay price. We'll definitely return, maybe for a few more days.

A couple of details alone made this stay go beyond what we expected. When management saw our dog was a big one, they moved us to a larger room without us asking and without charging a single euro extra. After the stay, they even offered the dog supplement. We travel with a large dog, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every morning, not a hair in sight. We're tidy people, but credit where it's due. The room itself was an old, charming attic with thermal insulation and a beautiful view over the village rooftops and mountains. The rooms and bathrooms need renovation, and management knows it, which is why they often accommodate guests with promotions and special offers. Still, nothing was missing and everything worked. Everyone was friendly, kind, and welcoming, and really made us feel at home. The hotel is very central, close to everything, and we could leave the car just 15 metres behind it. The restaurant only serves breakfast, but the village has loads of great places to eat across all kinds of styles and price ranges. Breakfast was excellent, with local products and both sweet and savoury choices. The night porter, who is clearly a talented pastry chef, makes plenty of cakes in the evening. Gluten-free and lactose-free options are available too. A great choice for animal lovers. There were many dogs of all sizes besides my Fritz. You can have breakfast with your dog in the furnished courtyard. The stay includes an excursion, free Wi-Fi, and concierge service.

The hotel is centrally located, and very clean, with hardly a speck of dust. It's heated throughout, and when I asked for extra pillows, they brought them quickly, even in the evening. The staff were super friendly, though reception was quite messy and not the best. For a quadruple room there were only four electrical outlets. The bathroom was very narrow, with a tiny shower that was hard to get into. There was no phone or minibar. The single beds were placed under the TV, so you couldn't really watch it, and the spring mattresses were uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor, with almost only sweet and savoury items and just the bare minimum. One suggestion: guests should serve themselves at breakfast, rather than having the waiter do it.
