Hotel Valle del Lupo

The owners were incredibly nice, and the food was amazing. It’s a cozy hotel in a beautiful setting, and we had a fantastic time. The children loved the donkey rides. Mauro was especially helpful in figuring out all the things we wanted to do. Definitely worth a visit!

We felt right at home on our half-board stay. Franco and his wife Antonella were so kind and willing to help with whatever we needed. The hotel is small and two-star, with cozy, warm rooms that were very clean. Breakfast had plenty of sweet and savory choices, and dinner was hearty home cooking, with two first courses, two main courses, and two sides to choose from. There are donkey rides too. The welcome, courtesy, and friendliness really stood out. We stayed three nights with our three-year-old and will come back in spring or summer.

We’d gladly return. After four lovely days away, we’ve just come home. When unexpected problems came up, the staff helped us right away. It’s an informal but pleasant, relaxing place surrounded by the beautiful Abruzzo mountains. It’s not far from the center of Pescasseroli and easy to get to by car. Franco and his colleagues were welcoming and helpful, and they knew a lot about nearby activities. They were great guides, and thanks to them we found some places we hadn’t known about before. The food was delicious, and there was nothing missing. I’d highly recommend it if you want to relax and enjoy some nice activities.

The hotel has a breathtaking view, and the value for money is excellent. Mr. Franco was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to lend a hand. Cleanliness and food were excellent too. I stayed four days with my daughter and husband, and we were so pleased and happy. We’ll be back soon. 😊
