The one good thing was being near the sea. I’d rate the place 1/10, or 3 for the location; everything else was a letdown. The house is dated and has almost no amenities. We had to ask for cutlery and cookware when we arrived because they were practically missing. There were ants everywhere except the bathroom, the furniture had stickers on it, and the hot water kept alternating. On the last day, somehow, there was only cold water. When I flushed the toilet, water rained down on my head, so I had to move out of the way. There was a spoon, two knives, one coffee cup, and a lamp holder with a sticker for an apartment meant for two people. The lights didn’t work, and neither did the TV. I told management about my concerns on arrival, and they basically said I’d asked for a low-cost holiday. I’d show them what a low-cost house near the sea looks like when it still has the bare necessities. They should check everything before handing over the keys. You can’t assume guests will keep coming forever; eventually it catches up with you.

We were completely happy with the house. It was spotless when we arrived, well supplied with dishes, and everything worked. The beds were super comfortable, and the beach is only five minutes away. Definitely deserves five stars!

Such a disappointment. I only wanted the basics, not a palace, but the old bed was uncomfortable and half-broken, and there wasn’t even a toilet brush. We got there at 3:30 PM and the apartment still hadn’t been cleaned. The girls didn’t arrive until 5:45 PM. There was hardly any cookware, and the heat, let alone...

The location was excellent. I gave it three stars because we paid very little for that season and location, so I couldn’t really expect more. Still, the apartment was tiny and badly laid out, with old furniture and a shower positioned over the toilet. Well...

The bed setup was steel mesh, mattress and all, and I could feel it in my back while trying to rest. You can’t offer an apartment with beds from before the war. The lights and TV not working, or there being no coffee maker, I can understand and maybe put up with. But a bed like that? No way. So what exactly do you expect for €440? I’ll leave that to everyone reading.
