We lasted seven days before leaving. The place is about a 20-minute drive from the beach, but the house itself made the stay miserable. It has no regular windows, just skylights about 2 meters high. The ceiling fans didn’t work, and we spent the day waiting for a repairman to replace them. They were fixed after five days. We tried the air conditioning, but if it ran too long, they switched it off. The shower leaked and smelled of sewage. The supposed owner gave us liquid to put in the shower, toilet, sink, and bidet every day. And don’t leave food on the table, because the cats in the house will come and eat it. It was the most disastrous vacation of our lives.

Marilena was kind and attentive whenever guests needed something, and the apartments were clean, tidy, and well maintained. Each has a kitchenette, air conditioning, and a sea view. It’s a peaceful spot a few kilometers from the beaches and the center of Peschici, and the price is good for what you get. A great choice for a completely relaxing holiday. I highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay in clean rooms with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There’s a spacious terrace furnished with a table and chairs. The friendly host greeted us with a smile and suggested beaches and clubs where they offer a small discount. It’s a quiet place, around 15-30 minutes from several beaches.

I stayed at Villa Marilena during the week of August 15th, and then my car broke down after I’d also had an accident. Mrs. Marilena helped me with everything, showing real generosity and dedication. I can only say a thousand thanks. You’re a fantastic person. The location is beautiful, with a wonderful terrace looking out over the Peschici sea. But what I especially want to mention is Mrs. Marilena, whose warmth and sensitivity make her truly unique. I’m Stefano from Spoleto.

Ms. Marilena was generous, helpful, and very kind throughout our stay at Villa Marilena. The apartments were clean and had every comfort, in a quiet green area that’s still convenient, with Peschici only a few minutes away by car. We especially enjoyed the large terrace, with tables and loungers for watching the beautiful sunsets. We had a really pleasant holiday and recommend it.
