Albergo Ristorante Papa

We had a spacious room with a balcony, a clean and comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were really friendly at both reception and the restaurant. We drove, and there are outdoor parking spaces plus a garage across the street that's locked at night. Parking was free either way. The pool is lovely. Breakfast was good, though I would have liked more vegetables. We ate at the restaurant twice, enjoying its range of Italian food and wine. The food felt homemade, like real comfort food. The location worked well for us, with a bus stop right outside and other restaurants, ice cream, pizza and shops nearby.

The terrace has an amazing wisteria roof. We come here for lunch or dinner because the food is good and the service is excellent.

I was born in Peschiera, and this is still my favourite restaurant whenever I come back. It's the only one with homemade pasta, so give it a try.

The pool, breakfast and closeness to the lake were all great. I had two problems with the room, though: there wasn't a proper closet for hanging clothes, and the bar next door played loud music at night. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, they only changed the towels and didn't even empty the trash bin.
