We won’t stay here again if we return, because the people managing the apartment were rude and unpleasant. The house itself is very nice, though small and dimly lit, and it might suit young people or large families. During our stay there were lots of cobwebs on the ceiling, and no one told us the pool would be closed due to COVID. We also weren’t told we’d have to clean the apartment ourselves or face a €70 charge. The owner is an unpleasant older woman who never smiled and didn’t ask about our stay when we left. Worst of all, we were charged €70 for supposedly breaking three glasses, which absolutely wasn’t true, and for leaving the house messy. We had taken out the trash, run the dishwasher, and cleaned up after ourselves.

Just a two-minute walk from the Peschiera del Garda train station, with bars and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a clean, pleasant, well-kept place, a handy base if you’re planning a visit to Gardaland. Guests can use the shared pool and indoor parking. Compared with the overpriced Gardaland resorts, which are still a long way from the park, this is the best option if you’re not particularly demanding. Recommended.

The owner was kind and happy to accommodate our requests, and the house had all the essentials and was reasonably clean. We stayed in this vacation rental for a week out of necessity and had a great time. The only snag was slow WiFi, which caused me several problems while working from home. I think it was just a temporary issue.

A modern, spotless apartment, and the owners were kind and helpful.

A welcoming, peaceful house in an excellent spot, just a stone’s throw from the lake.
