Hotel Primavera

The manager was friendly and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of options. We also appreciated the secure bike parking, the self-service laundry, and the great gelateria across the street. It's about a 20-30 minute walk to Peschiera's tourist area. Our bed was very comfortable, there was lots of hot water, and the bathroom sink was deep. The drying rack on the balcony came in handy for a bit of laundry. The bathroom itself was very small, and the shower even smaller, but it had what we needed. The hotel is on a main road. With the windows shut, noise might not be an issue, but if you can, ask for a room away from the street.

We're just home after a lovely stay. The rooms have been renovated and look really good. The host is such a nice lady and does everything she can to make you feel at home and enjoy your stay. We visit every year. Hope to see you next year. Love from Thea en Hans.

The owner was incredibly kind and patient when we had to change our plans. We booked two nights but could only stay for one, and she worked with us to find a solution. The place is conveniently located, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was simple, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back.

The staff were helpful, even printing the bus timetable for Lazise. Since the last bus wouldn't go back to San Benedetto, the nearest stop to the hotel, they offered to pick us up at the train station about 4 km away. There's parking next to the hotel, and the bus stop is only 50 metres away. It's about a five-minute walk to the lake, with lots of restaurants along the way. We stayed three nights. Arriving at 10am, we waited just an hour for our room. We expected check-in between 14:00 and 18:00, so that felt like a short wait, and we went to the lake meanwhile. Our standard room was a little tiny: there was only enough space to walk sideways between the bed and closet, and the bathroom was small too. Still, we had a balcony with a clothes horse for towels. Breakfast tasted good, but there wasn't much choice. On one of the three mornings there were no croissants, and on another there were no eggs. That's why I'd give the service only four stars if breakfast is included in the rating. We also read online that there was bike rental, but there wasn't. For this price range, we'd recommend it. The lake is nearby, breakfast tastes good, and the staff are nice.
