We stayed one night, and I wouldn’t return. The facilities felt dated, the pool had sharp tiles, and the whole place gave me the impression of a retirement village. There were rules no one explained and the signs weren’t adequate. Getting a key was inconvenient: check-in wasn’t at the main building, so we had to go elsewhere. The restaurant worked the same way, with a trip to another place to get a wristband before we could enter. It left me with the impression they didn’t trust staff at the different locations to take payments. We tried the restaurant; the food was mediocre, although the staff were friendly. The next day we woke up with food poisoning. I was too ill to walk and tried calling reception to arrange a late checkout, but no one answered all morning. There was only an automatic Italian answering message, with nobody available to speak to. Definitely not four stars.

The terrace outside the main entrance caught my eye, unfortunately because the tables, chairs, and floor were covered in bird droppings. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and found it a complete letdown. The prices were exorbitant for the food and service we got, so I wouldn’t recommend eating there. The hotel felt like a clear case of quantity over quality. Disappointing.

We’ve been coming here with our company for month-long courses for more than one year, and it’s a good, comfortable, welcoming place. It’s a huge hotel, clean and quiet, with friendly staff. The bar is nice and usually very calm and laid-back, though that can depend on whether families are around. It’s a bit far from Peschiera’s city center, so getting there without a car can be difficult, especially at night. The walk down is very dark, though manageable. The hotel has everything you could ask for.

A lovely, peaceful spot in Garda, and really huge with beautiful scenery. I just wish the bakery had more egg-free choices for vegetarian guests.

Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly. There are several pools, both indoors and outside. Breakfast is optional and served buffet-style in one area, with lots to pick from. You can also pay for the lunch or dinner buffet, or choose one of the hotel's other restaurants.
