Sweet House Only Rooms

The hostess suggested Tipicoteca, Amici miei for dinner, and it turned out to be an excellent recommendation. I’d love to come back with my wife. The property is spacious and welcoming, with friendly, very helpful staff. Our room was large, bright, and well furnished, and the mattress was wonderful. The bathroom and shower were roomy enough for two. Breakfast is served buffet-style upstairs.

We were about a 10-minute walk from the center, and the beach was a 5-minute drive away, so the location worked really well. The house has several apartments, each with a private bathroom, plus a shared breakfast room and kitchen where you can make lunch or dinner. There’s also a small garden and mostly uncovered parking. Our room was spacious and clean, with towels and soap in the bathroom. The woman handling reservations was very kind and gave us great tips about the city, and a lovely German Shepherd was there to welcome us and keep watch. The kitchen has what you need to cook, and in the morning there’s milk, pastries, cakes, cereal, bread, jam, and a machine for coffee and cappuccino. An excellent place, and I’d love to return.

The owners were extremely kind and friendly, and offered croissants, cakes, milk, and coffee on the covered terrace, even though breakfast wasn’t included. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back. Our clean, comfortable room had a double bed and a single, plus a TV, minibar, air conditioning, and a clean, new bathroom. It’s a 10-minute walk to the center of Peschiera and a great base for visiting nearby towns.

The location is great, in a quiet spot near the lake, and breakfast was included. They offer free bike rental too, so we rode to Sirmione and back. We got a fantastic welcome, and the large double room with its bathroom was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Just a couple of small things needed attention: the hairdryer didn’t work and the shower leaked a little. We mentioned it and they acted straight away to fix them. I recommend staying here for a weekend or a longer holiday.
