The building has a cozy old Italian style that some people might appreciate, and I understand that, but this place is very dated and needs updating for guests’ safety and comfort. Some power outlets were broken or didn’t work. The air conditioner wasn’t keeping the room cool at its proper temperature, so it felt stuffy. We were a group of 49 split between two buildings a few hundred meters apart. Nobody from staff helped us move our luggage from reception, and there was no trolley, so we had to drag our own bags between the buildings. The staff weren’t very warm, and they didn’t speak English well. Dinner was average.

Staying in this old cottage-style hotel feels like stepping back in time. It’s tucked beside the river, so the setting is peaceful. The staff were kind and helpful, and many of them speak English.

We were really pleased with our stay in this beautiful converted paper mill. The rooms are large and comfortable, and there’s a great garden for children and pets as well as a pool, though it was too cold for us to try it. The setting is stunning, and I’d happily recommend staying here.

Right by the river among the Tuscan hills, this is an amazing location. The staff were wonderful, especially dear Ileana, who helped us arrange every detail of our wedding step by step. Thank you so much, you gave us one of our best days!

The old features in the gorgeous rooms and the beautiful location made a great impression. The staff were outstanding, and Lorenzo took excellent care of our tour group, with great bar service and conversation. Highly recommend.
